1Conductor and cross-section

Copper or aluminium where the type allows, solid or stranded, in the cross-section your project calls for.

2Colour and core coding

Sheath colour and core colour coding to the convention of your market. Physical sample before the run.

3Drum length and packing

Coils, plywood or wooden drums, steel drums for heavy sections. Lengths cut to what your installers actually use.

4Sheath marking

Your brand, the cable designation and metre marks printed on the sheath. Drum labels to match.

Your name on the sheath, every metre.

Distributors and wholesalers sell under their own name. Sheath marking, drum labels and packing carry your brand; the cable inside is the same one we test.

Production

From copper rod to drum.

Six steps under one roof. Because every step is ours, a custom cross-section or a custom colour is a setting on the line, not a negotiation with a supplier.

1Drawing

Copper rod drawn down to the wire diameter the cross-section needs.

2Stranding

Wires stranded into the conductor, solid or flexible by class.

3Insulation

PVC or XLPE extruded over the conductor with the core colour.

4Laying up

Cores twisted together, filler and screen where the type calls for it.

5Sheathing

Outer sheath extruded and the marking line printed as it runs.

6Test and drum

Routine tests on the finished cable, then cut and wound to the drum plan.

Stated plainly: a cable is only right if it matches the standard and voltage class of the installation it goes into. Tell us the country and the application before you order, and we will tell you which type fits, or that we do not make it.

Do you manufacture the cable, or trade it?

The cable is produced at our group's plant in Türkiye. Drawing, stranding, insulation, sheathing and testing are done there, which is why drum lengths, colours and printed marking can be made to order.

Which standards are your cables made to?

Each cable type is made to the standard that applies to it, and the datasheet and test report we send with the quotation state it for that exact item. We do not print a list of certificate names on this page; we send the documents for the cable you are actually buying.

What is the minimum order?

Stock types in stock colours ship from small quantities. Custom colours, custom drum lengths and printed marking need a production run, so the minimum rises. Send your list and we quote per item.

Can you print our brand on the sheath?

Yes. Sheath marking with your brand name, the cable designation and metre marks is a standard private-label option. Artwork is approved on a proof before the run.

How is it packed and shipped?

Coils, wooden or plywood drums, or steel drums depending on cable size and length, palletised or loaded loose for container shipment. Drum labels can carry your brand. Ex works or delivered.

Copper or aluminium conductor?

Copper for the flexible, control and data ranges; copper or aluminium for power cables depending on the cross-section and your specification. Tell us which you need and we quote both where both apply.
